The Biltmore Los Angeles Welcomes Sue Yoon as Director of Sales & Marketing
The Biltmore Los Angeles is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Yoon as Director of Sales & Marketing of the property. Joining the beaux-arts institution as it celebrates a new era in 2024, Yoon will be driving all aspects of sales & marketing for The Biltmore Los Angeles, encompassing direct sales, marketing, revenue, and distribution.

Sue Yoon brings more than 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Prior to joining The Biltmore Los Angeles, she served as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Westin Philadelphia. Yoon also held previous leadership positions at The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia and Grand Hyatt Washington D.C., and was the pre-opening Director of Sales at the Hyatt Regency Incheon, South Korea.
In her role, Sue will head the development of sales and marketing strategies and support The Biltmore's broader business efforts, in addition to overseeing the sales of the property's 683-rooms.

Sue graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and earned a Master's degree at The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. She is fluent in both English and Korean.
