With over 20 years of experience in driving operational excellence and strategic growth, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Makeready team. With a longstanding track record of excellence with independent hotel brands, including Loews Hotels, Noble House Hotels & Resorts, and Salamander Hotels & Resorts, Gavin most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Benchmark, Pyramid Global Hospitality's Independent, Luxury & Lifestyle division, where he played a key role in shaping the company's vision and overseeing day-to-day operations. His expertise in driving operational performance, leading commercial strategy, and guiding strategic growth and development make him a dynamic, results-driven leader.
