The St. Regis Bal Harbour is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Dailey as Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Dailey will lead the resort's sales and marketing strategy with a focus on driving growth, strengthening guest loyalty, and elevating brand awareness.
A dynamic sales and marketing leader, Dailey brings over 20 years of experience in the luxury and lifestyle hotel industry. Most recently, she served as Senior Director at Marriott International in Southern California, where her strategic vision and collaborative approach resulted in significant revenue growth and enhanced brand positioning.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dailey has held key leadership roles at prestigious brands including Pendry Hotels, Viceroy Hotel Group, Sydell Group, and Thompson Hotels. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade in active sales roles at several W Hotels and the former St. Regis, Los Angeles, where she honed her expertise in luxury hospitality, revenue optimization, and team development.
