The Dream Has Been Extended

. October 14, 2008

LAS VEGAS, NV, June 9, 2005. Wynn Las Vegas is pleased to announce 'Le Reve - A small collection of imperfect dreams' has extended its performance schedule to six nights a week effective June 25. After weeks of standing ovations and in response to tremendous audience feedback, guests will now be able to see 'Le Reve - A small collection of imperfect dreams' nightly Saturday through Thursday.

Opened concurrently with the all-new Wynn Las Vegas on April 28, the aquatic spectacular 'Le Reve' (French for "the dream"), is the vision of critically acclaimed director Franco Dragone (Celine Dion, A New Day, 'O', Mystere). "This is something I've dreamed of for a long time," says Dragone. "I wanted to talk to the audience, to really reach them, using images and body language. And that's what we've done here. With every show we try to go further than we've gone before, and, with Le Reve, I know we've taken a big step."

Dragone calls this new experience "visual theater." Visual theater blends highly physical performing arts with an innovative approach to multimedia, choreography, synchronized swimming, comedy and visual effects. The action all takes place in a unique, domed theater designed by DRAGONE and constructed "in-the-round," the first of its kind in Las Vegas. With the farthest seat in the 14 rows just 42 feet from the stage, it creates a remarkably intimate and personal theater-going experience that surrounds, involves and embraces the spectators.
