JACKSONVILLE, FL, JUNE 20, 2005. AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia-based national real estate investment company, and its partner, Paramount Hotel Group, announced that their joint hotel acquisition, Radisson Hotel Jacksonville Butler Boulevard, has been honored with a 2005 Renovation Award from Radisson Hotels & Resorts for the exceptional quality of its makeover this past year. Radisson Hotel Jacksonville Butler Hotel is one of only a handful of hotels to be honored for its extraordinary renovation project in the $5-10 million investment category among the more than 250 hotels in The Americas region.

"The Renovation Awards were presented to those of our hotels in The Americas region who have completed outstanding renovation projects that have been upgraded to meet the needs of today's travelers, fostering loyalty for their hotel and the Radisson brand," said Bjorn Gullaksen, Radisson Hotels & Resorts brand leader and executive vice president of Full Service Hotels for Carlson Hotels Worldwide. "These hotels help showcase Radisson's high standards for product quality and offer facilities and services that are expected at a full-service hotel."

A total of 25 Radisson hotels received the 2005 Renovation Awards, which were presented by Gullaksen and Sue Geurs, regional vice president of operations for Carlson Hotels Worldwide, during the recent Carlson Hotels Worldwide Annual Business Conference in Orlando, Florida.

Kenneth P. Balin, President and CEO of AMC Delancey Group, "We are honored to have received this prestigious award, which reflects the success of our repositioning of the Radisson Hotel Jacksonville Butler. Working closely with our partner at Paramount Hotel Group, we have been able to successfully remake this hotel into the premier hotel in the Jacksonville region. This award also reflects our ability to form partnerships with successful and innovative hotel operating partners to capitalize on value-creation opportunities in this sector."

"This award affirms that the extensive renovations we provided to the Radisson Hotel Jacksonville Butler Boulevard truly captured its full potential," said Ethan Kramer, President of Paramount. "The finished product is something which our guests and the local community will enjoy for many years to come."

AMC Delancey Group and Paramount Hotel Group, who oversaw the renovations and currently runs the hotel, commenced construction on the 167-room, six-story hotel in May 2004. Guest rooms were stripped down and new finishes, furniture and equipment were installed, and a more thorough renovation was completed in the lobby, restaurant and meeting areas, where walls were removed to accomplish a more welcoming and dynamic atmosphere. To complete the transformation, a new stucco treatment was applied to the outside of the hotel and landscaping improvements were made.
