Dominican Gets Luxury Villas
SANTO DOMINGO, DR, March 14, 2006. Guavaberry Resort & Country Club, a 1,500 acre luxury community located near Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, recently opened three luxury villas and has five more under construction.
Marcello Beron, sales director at Guavaberry Resort & Country Club, said the new villas range in size from 3,000 square feet of living space to 5,000 square feet and are priced from the $350,000s. The villas under construction will open in the summer, Beron said.
