New York, NY - (March 4, 2010) - Ferran Sanfelimon of The Dylan Hotel , a Eurostars Hotel, in New York City has been named the "Luxe Worldwide Hotels General Manager of the Year" it was announced by Efrem Harkham, CEO and Founder.
