Pegasus Solutions Names David Millili CEO
CWO and CEO of Open Hospitality Division Assumes Lead Role
NEW YORK - June 8, 2012 - Pegasus Solutions has named chief web officer, David Millili , to chief executive officer, effective immediately. Millili will succeed Mike Kistner, who will be leaving the company.

Previously, Millili served in dual roles as chief web officer of Pegasus Solutions and chief executive officer of Open Hospitality, a division of Pegasus. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Millili maintains a practical understanding of all aspects of hotel operations and management, based in part on his time as a hotel general manager.
