ProfitSword Announces Strategic Appointments to Executive Team

ORLANDO, FL. March 1, 2016 - ProfitSword is excited to announce the promotions of two outstanding associates on our implementation services team. Francis Ngugi has been promoted to Director of Implementation, and Michele Schnieder has been promoted to Implementation Manager.

Francis Ngugi started with ProfitSword in September 2010 as an Account Manager providing ongoing, daily support to ProfitSword's partners/clients. His in-depth knowledge of ProfitSword's applications led to his promotion to Implementation Manager in 2014, where he worked as the project lead during many important implementations. “Francis' diligent attention to detail, his broad understanding of the hospitality industry, and his continued commitment to our partners made him the perfect choice for the position of Director,” commented Mike Patton, Co-Owner of ProfitSword. In his new role, Ngugi will be responsible for the development and execution of a customized project plan for each new partner of ProfitSword and implementation process improvement.

Prior to joining ProfitSword, Ngugi held positions at Hersha Hospitality Management, worked as an accountant in the insurance industry, and worked overseas as an accountant in manufacturing. Ngugi is a CPA-Kenya (equivalent to a UK Chartered Accountant) and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Ngugi and his family reside in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Michele Schnieder began her career with ProfitSword in September 2012 as an Account Manager and immediately impacted both existing and new partners of ProfitSword with her exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of ProfitSword's B.I. solutions. Not long after joining ProfitSword, Michele was promoted to Implementation Coordinator, assisting new partners with the implementation of their B.I. solution. “Michele's promotion to Implementation Manager is directly related to her hard work and dedication to our partners and their needs,” stated Tili Findley, Co-Owner of ProfitSword. As Implementation Manager, she will be directly responsible for the details of each step of the implementation plan, working closely with partners' project teams and ProfitSword's technical and customer support teams.

Prior to joining ProfitSword, Schnieder worked as a Senior Analyst for Teletech, gaining valuable B.I. systems experience using Oracle and Hyperion. Schnieder also has more than 13 years' experience in the hospitality industry in all facets of the operation, including sales, revenue management, accounting, and as a Senior Analyst for a portfolio at Sage Hospitality. She lives with her family in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
