ISM Spa Announces Seasoned Spa Veteran Anne Melby as Senior Vice President

USA, Atlanta, Georgia. September 23, 2021

Founding partners Ilana Alberico and Christina Stratton are pleased to announce that Anne Melby has joined the ISM Spa executive team as Senior Vice President. A veteran spa professional, she is experienced in every aspect of spa development and operations-with a specialty for openings, renovations, rebranding, and turn-arounds. She is highly accomplished and diversified in hospitality and wellness, holding multiple certifications including PMP (Project Management Professional), LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager), Registered Massage Therapist, and International SPA Association Certified Spa Supervisor.

For the majority of her career, Melby held multiple positions with Red Door Spa Holdings, including General Manager and Regional Vice President. Managing up to 800 employees from diverse cultures, she is fluent in four languages. Her entrepreneurial venture Fractional COO Hospitality Spa & Wellness leveraged her vast operational expertise, providing remote operational services for businesses needing high level expertise, without the burden of a full time COO.
